Philipp Hädrich is a versatile marketing expert with a keen attention to detail and a passion for innovative solutions in the constantly evolving digital landscape. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the prestigious WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, where he also spent a year as an exchange student at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
Philipp started his professional journey as an intern at Analytik Jena AG and later at Wohnungsgenossenschaft "Carl Zeiss" eG. After completing his Federal Voluntary Service at Universitätsklinikum Jena, he gained valuable experience in business development, marketing, and project management at home24 SE, one of Europe's largest online retailers for home furniture and decor. There, he held several positions, including Marketing Intelligence Manager and Team Lead for Facebook & Retargeting.
Philipp then moved on to work for ride-hailing giant Uber as Marketing Manager in Germany, where he led various nationwide campaigns and successfully managed the company's social media channels. In 2019, he joined AJNS New Media GmbH as Senior Marketing Manager for Kitchen Stories, a popular digital platform for food enthusiasts. In this role, Philipp leverages his marketing knowledge and creativity to develop effective strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Philipp is also actively involved in the startup ecosystem and has volunteered for various initiatives, including IdeaLab! - The Founders' Conference and Homejoy. His dedication and commitment to excellence have earned him a reputation as a reliable and trusted professional in the field.
