Phil Weber

Philip Weber is a young and ambitious Gen Z professional who is making waves in the world of business and innovation. He has a strong background in Economic Engineering and Innovation, having recently earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. He also studied Technisch Berufsmatur and Laborant EFZ, Chemistry at Berufsschule Lenzburg and Berufsschule Aarau, respectively.

Philip has worked with a number of notable organizations, including Veriset, where he is currently serving as a Praktikant/Assistent Projektleitung. He has also served as a Marketing Manager at squib lab, a Praktikant Startup Desk at Farner Consulting AG, and as a Soldat Militärpolizei Grenadier at Swiss Armed Forces. Additionally, he has several years of experience as a Laborant Fachrichtung Chemie EFZ at CARBOGEN AMCIS.

Philip is passionate about helping companies explore the opportunities presented by the digital age. He is well-versed in the challenges facing organizations as they seek to become more digital, and he has a talent for identifying solutions that empower employees and create a better experience for customers. He is also involved with European Young Engineers, where he helps to give the profession a stronger political voice.

In his free time, Philip is an active member of the Global Shapers Hub Luzern, where he is focused on working on social projects in the local area. He is a skilled networker and enjoys working with startups, where he can continue to build his expertise and explore new opportunities.
