Philip Rojas is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in agile coaching, graphic design, and education. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design and Illustration from the School of Visual Arts, having built on his earlier education at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School where he studied Fine/Studio Arts. Philip currently serves as an Enterprise Agile Coach at AXA XL, a division of AXA, bringing his expertise to guide teams in embracing agile practices. Prior to this role, he worked as an Agile Coaching Consultant at Integral Agile, honing his skills in coaching and facilitating agile methodologies. His experience also includes serving as an Enterprise Agile Coach at Deutsche Bank, Agile Coach at NYC Dept. of Housing Preservation & Development, and Agile Coach/Scrum-Master at Publishers Clearing House, where he played instrumental roles in driving organizational agility and success. Before transitioning to agile coaching, Philip held positions such as Senior Production Manager at FutureBrand, Senior Flash Developer at Wax Digital, and Graphic Designer/Web Developer at his own business as a Freelance Graphic Designer & Web Developer. In addition, he has contributed to the field of education as a former Public School Teacher at Bushwick High School, further showcasing his commitment to learning and development.
