Philip Reiner

Philip Reiner is a highly skilled expert in international relations with a strong educational background in Religious Studies and History from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Master's degree in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).

With a wealth of experience, Philip has held various key positions in prestigious organizations. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at the Institute for Security and Technology (IST). Previously, he was part of the Export-Import Bank of the United States, leading the EXIM Chair's Council on China Competition. Philip has also been an Advisory Board Member at the AI Security Initiative.
