Philip McNamara is a prominent entrepreneur, business advisor, and connector in Silicon Valley. With a passion for helping startups grow, raise finance and scale their companies, he has co-founded four startups in the UK, Ireland, and Silicon Valley. He currently serves as Managing Director of Voxpro, one of Europe's leading outsourcing providers, helping companies grow and expand by outsourcing technical support. Philip has helped create over 1200 new jobs and work with high-profile clients like Nest and Airbnb.

Philip is also an advisor to several companies, including AirTeam and Proven, and serves as a Venture Partner with Ireland’s longest-established VC firm. He runs the Drones DataX and MobilityX Conferences and has helped his clients, including the World Bank, Virgin Atlantic, and the Dubai Development Authority, scale their growth.

Philip is a well-travelled entrepreneur and has studied marketing in various countries. He earned a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven and an MSc in Marketing at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. He also received a diploma in Applied Marketing at Université Blaise Pascal (Clermont-II) - Clermont-Ferrand. Originally from Ireland, he represented Ireland three times in the World Mountain Bike Championships and was the President of the Irish Kitesurfing Association.
