Philip Marks is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a strong background in both external and internal recruitment. Phiip's work as the MD & Talent Acquisition Director at Synchro Europe involved building world-class teams for world-class tech companies. After that, he worked as the EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager at Apttus, and then moved on to roles with OneTrust and Pindrop, where he played a key role in expanding talent acquisition operations.
