As the Managing Director of Headwind Consultants, which he founded in 2016, Philip specializes in market consultancy, strategic advice, and marketing strategies for the digital infrastructure sector. With extensive experience in the industry, he has worked on global datacenter market reports and various consultancy projects for clients ranging from investors to government organizations.

Philip Low's educational background includes a degree in Industrial Marketing Management Programme from Penn State Great Valley, an MSc in International Marketing from Strathclyde University Graduate Business School, and a BA (Hons) in International History & Politics from the University of Leeds.

Throughout his career, Philip has held key positions in renowned organizations such as the European Data Centre Association (EUDCA), BroadGroup, and The Phillips Group.
