Philip Long is an experienced International Talent Manager and senior recruiter with a background in IT and healthcare staffing industries. With a total of fourteen (14) years in various roles including research, instruction, quality assurance, and recruiting, Philip brings a diverse skill set in workforce management and resource allocation. Philip is currently serving as the Manager of International Talent Solutions at Kforce Inc, specializing in IT and F&A staffing, supporting employment visas, and foreign-born workforce in STEM fields.

Throughout his career, Philip has gained expertise in writing, auditing, and implementing protocols, policies, and standard operating procedures. His experience extends to designing, developing, and teaching material in areas such as embryology, microbiology, anatomy, physiology, and lab techniques. With a PhD from Kent State University's Graduate School of Biological Science and a background in Physiology/Neuroscience, Neurobiology, and Biochemistry, Philip combines academic knowledge with practical industry experience.
