Philip Lee

Philip Lee, the president of Results Leadership Group and a former Senior Fellow at the University of Maryland School of Public Policy, is an expert consultant and educator in Results-Based Accountability™, leadership, negotiation, collaboration, and organizational development in the public and non-profit sectors.

Results Leadership Group, a prominent Results-Based Accountability™ firm, collaborates with governments and non-profits globally to deliver tangible enhancements for communities and clients.

Before his current role, Mr. Lee practiced law at a prestigious international law firm in Washington, D.C. He has also served as the chairman of the boards of directors for two prominent Maryland nonprofits: Advocates for Children and Youth and The Public Justice Center.

Philip Lee's specialties encompass consulting and instruction in Results-Based Accountability™ for national, state, and local public and nonprofit entities, as well as orchestrating and leading leadership initiatives like the National Institutes of Health Senior Leadership Program. He is also experienced in teaching, coaching, and practicing leadership, negotiation, collaboration, organizational development, and performance management.

Philip's educational background includes a JD and MPP in Public Policy and Law from the University of Maryland, and a BA in American Studies from Colby College.

Currently, Philip Lee serves as the President of Results Leadership Group after previously holding leadership positions at Clear Impact, LLC, and Results Leadership Group, LLC. Additionally, he served as a Senior Fellow at the University of Maryland School of Public Policy.
