Philip Lee's specialties encompass consulting and instruction in Results-Based Accountability™ for national, state, and local public and nonprofit entities, as well as orchestrating and leading leadership initiatives like the National Institutes of Health Senior Leadership Program. He is also experienced in teaching, coaching, and practicing leadership, negotiation, collaboration, organizational development, and performance management.
Philip's educational background includes a JD and MPP in Public Policy and Law from the University of Maryland, and a BA in American Studies from Colby College.
