Philip Kwan is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in security and crisis management globally.

Throughout his career, he has overseen various crisis scenarios and managed significant global events such as APEC and the G20 forum.

Philip has played a key role in training the Emergency Response Team for all hotels within the Shangri-La Group.

His expertise includes Corporate Strategy Implementation, Risk & Crisis Management, Audits, Security Operations & Technical Services Management, Investigations, Emergency Response Management, and Physical Security.

Currently, Philip serves as the Acting Head of Corporate Security at Shangri-La Hotels And Resorts, having previously held the position of Regional Director Of Security at the same organization.
