Philip Heimann

Philip Heimann is a distinguished serial entrepreneur and top-management consultant with a rich background in business development, particularly in service and sales.

Prior to his current role as the Co-Founder and CEO of Vivira Health Lab, Philip successfully established and nurtured XCSE, a multi-language contact center focused on sales and service outsourcing. The remarkable growth of XCSE led to its acquisition by a global call center conglomerate in 2014.

Apart from his entrepreneurial achievements, Philip excels as a top-management consultant specializing in strategy, service, and sales. His expertise extends globally, demonstrating proficiency in enhancing both B2C and B2B service and sales landscapes.

Philip pursued his academic interests by pursuing a Ph.D. in Economics from Universität Augsburg and undertaking the European Master in Management program at ESCP Europe.
