With a career that started at Ernst & Young as a Certified Public Accountant, Philip transitioned into investment banking and private equity for 14 years before focusing on acquiring and developing real estate properties through his company, ELEAY Properties.
Alongside his business ventures, Philip has dedicated substantial time providing financial and strategic guidance to non-profit organizations in the Bay Area since 2007.
Philip holds a BA in Economics with Honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from UCLA Anderson, where he graduated top of his class.
