Philip Colligan is an accomplished leader in the field of education and innovation who currently serves as the CEO of the Raspberry Pi Foundation, a UK-based charity focused on bringing computer science and digital making to children around the world. Prior to his role at the Raspberry Pi Foundation, Colligan served as the Deputy Chief Executive of Nesta, a UK innovation foundation, where he founded the Innovation Lab and spearheaded numerous programs aimed at supporting innovation in various sectors. He is also a founding trustee of the Centre for London and a former non-executive director at the Behavioural Insights Team. Colligan has advised municipal and national governments, charities, and social enterprises both domestically and internationally on matters of social innovation. He holds a degree in law from the University of Liverpool and has a background in policy, change management, and private management, having worked at the Home Office and the London Borough of Camden.
