Philip Bullen

Philip Bullen is a highly experienced global financial services leader with over 35 years of experience as a Chief Executive Officer and Global Chief Investment Officer in the U.S. and Europe. He has extensive knowledge of banking, insurance, and asset management, and has served as a non-executive director on several boards in the financial industry. He is considered a "Qualified Financial Expert" under Sarbanes-Oxley and an "Audit Committee Financial Expert" per the SEC definition, making him qualified to serve and chair audit committees.

Bullen has managed global organizations and dealt with cross-border cultural, regulatory, and business issues throughout his career. He has also worked with financial industry regulators and has considerable experience managing executive compensation programs. Bullen studied for his MBA in Finance, General at Cass Business School, and has since then served in several roles with professional organizations such as Pickleball Professional at Professional Pickleball Registry and Director - Recreational Play at USAPA Pickleball.
