Phil Westcott

Phil Westcott has a rich background with a 20-year career in applied technology, specializing in AI-powered data platforms within the financial services sector. Phil is the Co-Founder and CEO of Filament, a business established in 2016, which has since expanded to include two new AI firms, ArcticAI.co and EBM.ai. Filament, under Phil's leadership, focuses on catering to Private Equity clients through its Syfter data and AI platform along with expert services. Prior to Filament, Phil served as an executive at IBM, overseeing the IBM Watson platform operations in Europe.
