In 2019, Phil co-founded Deltabase along with two skilled partners, with a mission to leverage data and defense intelligence techniques (OSINT) to enhance transaction services and consulting sales processes. Deltabase offers in-depth insights on target companies, streamlining time-sensitive deals while optimizing costs.

Phil Spratt's educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Geophysics from the University of Liverpool, complemented by his secondary education at Darrick Wood Secondary School.
