Dedicated to giving back, Phil has actively volunteered both locally and globally for more than 25 years, showcasing his commitment to making a positive impact on communities worldwide.

In addition to his professional and philanthropic endeavors, Phil Seo's adventurous spirit led him to race across Canada and around the world on 'The Amazing Race Canada: Heroes Edition'. This experience further highlights his willingness to step out of his comfort zone and embrace challenges.

Currently, Phil holds the role of People Manager and Change Partner at Vancity, where he continues to bring his leadership skills and strategic vision to drive projects towards success.
