With expertise in lean product development, user-centered design, and modern software practices, he excels in fostering innovation and steering teams towards success, all while instilling a positive work culture.

Phil pursued his education in Commerce, Marketing & Management at Auckland University of Technology and completed his New Zealand University Entrance studies at Rosehill College.

Throughout his professional journey, Phil held key roles in reputable organizations such as Visa, Ahiko (which he co-founded), Xero, and Pivotal Software, Inc., where he served in various capacities from Senior Director to Staff Product Manager.

He also played integral roles in Pivotal Labs as an Associate Director, Manager, and Product Manager, showcasing his versatility and deep understanding of product management.

Phil's diverse experience extends to co-founding ventures like Pixel Ninjas, contributing his skills as a Product Manager at Hooroo, and serving in responsibilities ranging from Producer to Business Analyst at Sensis, where he also worked as an Account Manager at Marcus Evans.
