Phil McKnight

Phil McKnight is a highly regarded employee benefits attorney with extensive experience in all aspects of executive compensation, employee benefits and ERISA matters. Phil's practice focuses on helping clients remain compliant with legal complexities and plays a significant role advising corporate and banking groups relating to employee benefits matters in business acquisitions and dispositions. He is a member of Stinson LLP and is responsible for advising public and private clients with respect to executive compensation, equity compensation arrangements and stock plans. Phil's notable work includes advising clients on the tax and design aspects of executive compensation and employee benefits arrangements.
