Previously, he held the position of CEO at the Together Freedom Initiative, focusing on freeing children from sexual slavery in the USA, showcasing his commitment to social causes.

Phil is also known for his role as a co-host with Dr. David Smith Ph.D. on the Phil & Dave Radio Show, where they provided insightful discussions on various topics.

Having a background in law enforcement, Phil also served as a police officer with the San Diego Police Department before transitioning into his roles in non-profit management and radio hosting.
