Phil Johnston is a seasoned expert in college athletic recruiting and is the founder of Proehlific Recruiting. With a degree in Business Administration from Catawba College, Phil is passionate about helping young athletes understand the recruitment process while increasing their chances of obtaining an athletic scholarship. He has a proven track record of success by creating player profiles and sending them to over 24,000 college coaches across the nation. Phil is also a Sales Consultant at Imperial Dade and has formerly held positions as Owner at All Sports Recruiter, Vice President of Operations at Diamond Retail Services, Inc., Senior Product Manager at American Media, Inc., and Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Source Information Management Company.
