Phil's educational journey includes studying at St. Pius X High School for his High School Diploma, then pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Science/General Engineering at the University of Mary Hardin Baylor. He furthered his engineering studies at Baylor University and delved into Mathematics during his general undergraduate studies at Waldorf College.

He is the founder of Renewed 101 and has held managerial positions at reputable companies like Workrise, Westwood Professional Services, RRC Companies, Arraycon, Nexus Energy Systems, Sunnova, Harvest Technologies, Gaumer Process, Scientech Engineers, and Rods Surveying, Inc. His roles span from Solar Mechanical Scope Manager to Chief Engineer, showcasing his diverse skill set and expertise.

With a solid track record in engineering management, Phil Horwitch combines his technical proficiency with leadership skills to drive projects to success. His experience as a PV Design Engineer, Materials Tester, Hydro-Tester, Bridge Inspector, and Rodman has equipped him with a holistic understanding of the engineering field.
