Phil Hoang is a high-achieving Magna Cum Laude graduate of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College with an impressive record of success as an Engineering Manager. With extensive experience in leading teams in Design, CAD, and R&D environments, he has honed his technical and leadership skills. His expertise spans the physical design and verification of Digital Signal Processors, Microprocessors, Microcontrollers, and Mixed-signal SoCs from RTL to tape-out. Phil is an expert in digital implementation methodology and flow, IC analysis & verification, synthesis, high-speed/low-power circuit techniques, CAD/DFT/IP engineering, and user support.
