Phil Hails-Smith

Phil Hails-Smith is a Partner in the Corporate Commercial Team at Joelson, where he advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial law. With a diverse client portfolio including start-ups, owner-managed businesses, management teams, and AIM-listed companies, Phil brings a wealth of experience, particularly within the leisure and retail sectors. He studied at Millfield School and further pursued Law and Languages, Law at the University of the West of England. With a background that includes roles as a Trainee Solicitor and Solicitor at Joelson Wilson & Co, Phil's expertise and skills in legal matters are well-rounded and deep-rooted.
