Meet Phil Guido, an accomplished IBM executive with a robust background in marketing, sales, and delivery management positions primarily in the financial services industry. As the General Manager for IBM Global Technology Services (GTS) for North America, Phil is tasked with managing cloud solutions, managed services, and delivery of IT services to clients. His responsibilities also include strategy, execution, and business results. He is a member of IBM's Performance and Growth & Transformation Teams, composed of the company's most senior executive leaders. Phil's career has spanned across several IBM leadership roles, including GM for the North American and U.S. Eastern operations and e-business Hosting Services in EMEA, where he led the IBM e-business Hosting Service and e-business on demand initiative.

Phil is a graduate of Montclair State University, where he studied Economics, Magna Cum Laude. He also earned Sales Executive Certification from the IBM-Harvard University Program and a Business Certificate in International Business from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
