Phil Foell

Phil Foell is an ordained pastor and experienced integration manager with a diverse skill set spanning project management, non-profit fundraising, software process improvement, and Six Sigma.

With a background in Computer programming, Phil is proficient in MicroFocus COBOL, Microsoft Development Suite (.NET, ASP), Oracle, and Microsoft SQL.

He holds a BS in Management and Computers from Case Western Reserve University, complemented by studies at Belmont High School.

Phil has a rich history of involvement in various organizations, including roles such as City Director in Columbus at International Friendships, Director of Strategic Events at International Friendships, and Commission Member at Hilliard Youth & Family Commission.

Additionally, he has served as ISPTO Secretary at Hilliard City Schools Interschool PTO, volunteer scribe at Greater Hilltop Area Shalom Zone, and in positions like Director of Community Development at International Friendships.

His organizational experience extends to roles like Executive Director at Bridging Neighborhoods and Nations, Treasurer & Secretary at Christian Community Network of Churches, and Associate Pastor at Community Christian Church.

Further showcasing his commitment to non-profit work, Phil has served as the USA Sponsorship Coordinator at Agape Home in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and as Partner Coordinator at Alliance for Youth Achievement.

In his professional journey, Phil has also held roles like Project Manager at Xerox and Senior Programmer/Analyst at The Bradley Company.
