Prior to his role at Impact 360 Institute, Phil held several significant positions within the WinShape Foundation, where he served as the Senior Director of Student Ministry. His leadership abilities came to the forefront as he designed programs that not only engaged but also spiritually nurtured youth, preparing them for future challenges. Phil's tenure at LifeWay Christian Resources is marked by a variety of leadership roles, including his function as the Director for Adult Ministry Training & Events and as the Manager/Team Leader for M-Fuge Student Events. His early career also laid a solid foundation for his future endeavors, having served as the Minister to Family Life at First Baptist Church in Goodlettsville, and as the Minister to Youth and Parents at First Baptist Church in Smyrna, Tennessee.
