My team partners with our employees to understand their needs and concerns to support them along their entire wefox journey. We are responsible for wefox's employee onboarding and offboarding, our employee engagement survey, and managing learning & traning, ranging from Unconscious Bias and Feedback, to Slack and Google Workspace. We introduced a mental health services provider for all employees and are responsible for company events, such as our annual summer and Christmas parties, as well as our CEO's roadshow. Further responsibilities include volunteering, branded merchandise, and whistleblowing/internal investigations.

Team Lead Employee Experience & People Partnering

Joined wefox' Employee Experience department as the company's first Internal Communications professional. End-to-end responsibility for communications strategy and processes, channels and platforms, as well as content planning and creation. Facilitated and hosted internal events, from group workshops to company town halls.

Team Lead Internal Communications

Research and (re-)design of employee experiences at DPDHL. Led a user and design research team to introduce DPDHL's digital employee app (by Staffbase) for its 570,000 employees as the primary touchpoint across multiple journeys and processes, such as employee onboarding and feedback. Facilitated OKRs, team building, and PI planning for our whole department.

Employee Experience Design Lead

Regular member of the works council. Specialising in negotiations and agreements regarding agile working and introduction of technology (e.g. Office 365). Representing the interestests of our youngest colleagues (including interns and trainees).

Works Council Member, Corporate HQ

Developed new channels and formats for employee communication and collaboration for Global Internal Communications. Created and produced global internal campaigns and content, organised and hosted events, working with frontline workers and board members. Helped build and grow our internal communities, connecting its >110k members. Developed and facilitated event/workshop formats, such as Design Thinking, feedback methods, or team collaboration for remote teams.

Global Community Lead, Internal Communications

Co-developed strategy, processes, and guidelines for DPDHL Group's new intranet. Established internal community management framework, responsible for email marketing strategy in Global Internal Communications.

Internal Communications Manager, Intranet & Digital Media

Joined the intranet project team for DPDHL's new intranet (launched 2015). Responsible for content transition project, incl. developing an employee engagement approach, CMS training, consulting with stakeholders, content strategy and community management.

Responsible for research, candidate sourcing, and project management (incl. reporting and CRM) for the Partner of Heidrick's Financial Services and CEO & Board of Directors practise, focusing on financial services, real estate, and private equity sectors as well as supervisory and advisory board roles.

Facilitated employee onboardings for new employees and managers at Apple Retail. Onboarding events ranged from 3-day to 10-day events on-site across the DACH region with up to 170 participants (before a new store opening) at a time. Topics included company culture, giving & receiving feedback, and customer experience and service.
