Phatraphi (Pat) Palalikit is a highly experienced consultant based in Bangkok, with a strong track record of working with clients in various industries across Southeast Asia.

He has contributed significantly to projects involving digital transformation, Agile transformation, go-to-market strategy, profitability programs, benchmark studies, and commercial due diligence, among others.

Some of his notable project experiences include spearheading the development of new digital businesses, expansion strategies, business cases for digital banking, customer journey programs, productivity improvement initiatives, and procurement optimization programs.
