Peumike Dissanayake

Peumike Dissanayake is a dedicated individual currently pursuing a Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine (MD) at Monash University with a strong academic background. He was a former Vice-Captain of School and President of the Bluestone Committee at Melbourne Grammar School.

Aside from his academic pursuits, Peumike is actively involved in various organizations. He serves as an Electorate Officer at the Parliament of Victoria and has held leadership roles such as the 2021 National Deputy Coordinator of the AMSA Vampire Cup. He is also a committed Senior Debating Coach at Melbourne Grammar School.

In addition to his work in education and politics, Peumike contributes to the community by being an academic tutor specializing in mathematics and chemistry at Conquest Education. He has also engaged in policy work, authoring and reviewing policies for the Australian Medical Students' Association (AMSA). Peumike's professional experience includes working in various roles ranging from marketing to administrative tasks.

With a personal mission focused on creating a fair and optimistic world based on liberty and respect, Peumike aspires to use his future role as a medical professional and policy influencer to contribute to a society free from sickness and suffering. His educational background includes studies at top institutions such as Harvard Medical School and Melbourne Grammar School.
