Petra Hammerle is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in organizational leadership and human resources management.

Petra holds a Doctor of Philosophy from Leopold - Franzens Universität Innsbruck, a Masters in Psychology and English from Karl - Franzens - Universität Graz, and has also studied Psychology and English at the University of Utah.

With a rich academic foundation, Petra has excelled in various roles within GE, including her current position as the Learning Solutions Leader, where she utilizes her expertise to develop and implement innovative learning strategies.

Previously, Petra served as a Recruitment Manager and held the role of Global Human Resources Manager for Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance, IT, and Quality at GE, demonstrating her versatile skill set and leadership capabilities.
