Petr Stepanek

Petr Stepanek is a visionary leader in the tech industry, focusing on hardware and software development to shape the future.

As the Co-founder of Macromo, Petr led a team in creating innovative AI technology that combines blood tests, wearables, and DNA data to extend the active lifespan by a decade.

Prior to his work at Macromo, Petr founded Next Zone, a hardware startup accelerator in Prague, where he supported numerous young entrepreneurs and students by offering mentorship and access to professional equipment.

Petr's entrepreneurial journey began in high school with the establishment of an electric skateboard startup, which later expanded its services across Europe.

During this time, Petr lived in Shenzhen to streamline the supply chain and accelerate prototype development.

Furthermore, Petr co-founded Undout, a startup dedicated to enhancing sleep patterns through an innovative alarm clock launched successfully via crowdfunding.

Petr holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering with a specialization in Bioinformatics from Czech Technical University in Prague and a High School Diploma in Information Technology from Smíchovská střední průmyslová škola a gymnázium.

Throughout his career, Petr has been involved in various organizations, including On Deck, Sigma Squared Society, Next Zone, Undout, and Flash Mobility, where he held key roles driving innovation and growth.

Petr's experience ranges from being a Project Manager and Teacher at Smíchovská střední průmyslová škola to a Hardware Design Intern at Spaceti, showcasing his versatile skills and commitment to technological advancement.
