Petko Stoyanov

Petko Stoyanov is an accomplished technology professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in various leadership and technical roles.

He holds a Master of Science degree from The George Washington University, a Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University, and an Associate's degree from Northern Virginia Community College.

Currently, Petko Stoyanov serves as the Global Chief Technology Officer (Global CTO) at Forcepoint, demonstrating his expertise in driving technology strategies at a global level.

His past experiences include roles such as Co-Host at the To the Point Cybersecurity Podcast, Member of the Forbes Technology Council, and STAR Mentor at the MACH37 Cyber Accelerator.

Petko Stoyanov has also contributed his technical insights as an ATO on AWS Advisory Board at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and as a Vice President & Chief Technology Officer for Global Governments at Forcepoint.

Prior to these roles, he held key positions such as Chief Technology Strategist in the Public Sector at McAfee, Chief Security Strategist for the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community at McAfee, and Senior Solutions Architect within the Intelligence Community at McAfee.

His early career includes valuable experience in cybersecurity, system security engineering, and systems engineering with notable organizations such as the US Government, US Navy, Raytheon, and George Mason University.
