Peter Zuspan, AIA, is a founding principal of Bureau V, an architecture and design studio known for its innovative work in architecture, performance, installation, and events.
With a unique background in architecture and opera singing, Zuspan brings a multidisciplinary approach to his designs, emphasizing creativity and collaboration.
Apart from his professional practice, Zuspan has also been actively involved in academia, teaching architecture at esteemed institutions such as Columbia University, Barnard College, the University of Pennsylvania, and Syracuse University.
Prior to establishing Bureau V, Peter Zuspan gained valuable experience as a project designer at Diller Scofidio + Renfro, where he distinguished himself by leading the design of various exhibitions and new media projects.
Zuspan holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Architecture degree from Columbia University and is a licensed architect in New York and Georgia.
His diverse career also includes roles such as Architecture Editor at Museo Magazine, Co-Founder & CEO at Kokowa, and positions at National Sawdust, where he was a member and Secretary of the Board of Directors, and at EAR Studio.
