Peter Williams

Peter Williams is a newly appointed partner at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, set to join the firm's New York office on July 15, 2024.12 He will serve as the Co-Head of Cahill's Private Credit practice alongside John Papachristos.2

Professional Background

Prior to joining Cahill, Williams had an impressive career in the private credit sector:

• He was most recently a Managing Director on the Credit Strategies team at KKR Credit.24
• At KKR, he also held the position of U.S. Head of Structuring, where he focused on structuring private credit transactions and managing documentation and negotiation for KKR Credit's Private Credit and Strategic Investment Group teams in the U.S.2
• Before KKR, Williams worked as an attorney at leading national law firms, including:
  • Senior Associate at King & Spalding (September 2015 - February 2019)
  • Associate at Squire Patton Boggs (June 2014 - September 2015)4
