Peter Welch

Peter Welch is an executive and team coach with a specialization in coaching supervision, recognized with CAW's Contributions to Coaching Supervision Award in 2019.

His expertise lies in leadership, change management, performance improvement, and personal development, offering coaching supervision services for groups or individuals both internally and externally.

As a former Board Director of AoCS, he advocated for quality, competence, and professionalism in coaching and mentoring.

With a background in both private and public sectors and multi-cultural organizational experience, Peter supports ethical sectors and entrepreneurs, excluding defense/armed forces, tobacco, and meat industries.

Apart from his coaching roles, Peter Welch is also a West African drum coach and teacher, conducting regular online workshops and providing one-on-one coaching sessions.

His educational background includes coaching studies at The Coaching Supervision Academy, Newcastle University, and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Brighton.
