Peter Agnes

Peter W. Agnes III, CFA, is an accomplished financial expert with nearly two decades of experience in investment management, private equity, and FinTech. He completed his Bachelor of Arts at Dartmouth College and earned an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Pete is a Leadership Consultant at Egon Zehnder, where he advises senior executives and board members of financial services firms on both executive search and leadership development. He is particularly active in Private Equity, Asset Management, and FinTech practices and uses his expertise to help clients navigate complex challenges in these areas.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Pete held various senior roles at global financial institutions, where he developed his skill set in financial services. He served as a Partner-Portfolio Manager at Caxton Associates, Managing Director- Global Head-Credit Opportunities Group at Barclays Capital, Director- Global Credit Strategies at UBS, and Director-Credit Trading at Wachovia, A Wells Fargo Company. Pete is also active in the sports industry and advises clients in the Sports practice at Egon Zehnder.
