Peter Verrillo is the CEO of Redefine Surgery, a company focused on advancing surgical innovation through AI and immersive 3D technology.1 Redefine Surgery aims to revolutionize surgical training and improve surgical outcomes by using AI to enhance precision and accelerate learning.1 Verrillo is also a Techstars Boston '24 participant.25

Prior to Redefine Surgery, Verrillo co-founded Enhatch, an "Intelligent Surgery Ecosystem Company" that utilizes AI and AR/VR to create safer and more personalized surgical experiences.3 He served as the CEO of Enhatch from January 2012 to October 2022.4 Before Enhatch, Verrillo held various leadership positions in the orthopedic industry, including Director of Product Development at Tornier USA and Nexa Orthopedics, and President/Founder of Axiom Orthopaedics.4 Earlier in his career, he worked at Stryker as a Platform Development Manager and Design Engineer.4

Verrillo received a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.34
