Peter van Winterswijk

Peter van Winterswijk is a highly experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon with a diverse background in the medical field.

He completed his Pre-university secondary education at SG Spieringshoek in Schiedam and went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine (MD) specializing in Algemene geneeskunde at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam.

Currently, Peter serves as an Orthopaedic Surgeon at Franciscus Gasthuis & Vlietland, showcasing his expertise in the field.

Throughout his career, Peter has held various roles in prestigious organizations including being an ATLS Instructor at ALSG, an Orthopaedic Surgeon at Elkerliek ziekenhuis and Maasstad Ziekenhuis, a Hip Fellow at Isala (ziekenhuis), and a Faculty Dutch Exeter Level 2 Course at Stryker Orthopedics.

He has also contributed as a Robin Ling Exeter Hip Fellow at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Trust and gained valuable experience as an Orthopaedic Surgery Resident at Reinier de Graaf, Erasmus MC, and Sint Franciscus Gasthuis.
