Peter Sugarman is a highly experienced attorney who specializes in advising start-ups and technology companies throughout all stages of financing and mergers and acquisitions. Currently a Partner at Yigal Arnon & Co., Peter's practice involves representing venture capital funds and other investors, infrastructure companies and various organizations across a multitude of business-related activities. He is also the co-head of his firm's Japan practice group and represents Japanese corporations, venture capitalists, and funds to establish businesses and funds in Israel. Prior to his current role, Peter worked as an Associate at Dr. Shlomo Cohen & Co. and as an Attorney in the Legal Department at Israel Government Companies Authority. He earned his LLB in Law at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
