Peter Spofforth

Peter Spofforth is a Partner at Qatalyst Partners, where he leads the firm's European team.12 He joined Qatalyst in May 2011 and has since been involved in numerous high-profile transactions in the technology sector.2

Spofforth's experience includes advising on significant deals such as:

• The £6 billion merger of DoorDash and Wolt
• The £1.5 billion acquisition of Tink by Visa
• Alcatel-Lucent's carve-out and sale of Genesys to Permira and TCV
• Autonomy's sale to HP
• Blue Prism's sale to SS&C
• Dialog's strategic agreement with Apple and subsequent sale to Renesas23

Prior to joining Qatalyst, Spofforth worked in Equity Capital Markets at Lloyds Banking Group from 2010 to 2011.1 He holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Warwick.13
