Peter Slaugh is the Managing Partner and Founder of OpenPath Investments, where he supervises all growth and operational activities of OPI's real estate investment platform valued at around $1 billion in multi-family assets. OpenPath collaborates with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors to attain above-average, risk-adjusted returns in the investment real estate sector across the United States.

OpenPath Investments, under Peter's leadership, has historically achieved returns averaging 33%+ since its inception, providing clients with a superior investment experience. Peter Slaugh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. He also obtained his High School Diploma from Mercersburg Academy. Prior to founding OpenPath Investments, Peter served as the Managing Partner at Steelhead Capital.
