Peter Skinner is an accomplished trial and appellate attorney with a diverse background in regulatory compliance, corporate internal investigations, white collar criminal defense, and complex civil litigation.

With nearly eleven years of experience at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York in Manhattan, Peter served as a prosecutor in the Terrorism and International Narcotics Unit and Organized Crime Unit, handling high-stakes cases.

Peter has a strong track record in prosecuting international money laundering violations and investigating the use of financial institutions for criminal activities, focusing on uncovering monetary transfers used to conceal illegal transactions.

In addition to his prosecutorial roles, Peter Skinner also provided valuable counsel in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office, particularly advising the intelligence community on sensitive non-criminal matters crucial to national security.

Currently serving as a partner at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, Peter brings a wealth of legal expertise to his practice, offering strategic counsel and representation in complex legal matters.
