Peter Schmidt

Peter Schmidt is a seasoned professional with a background in agricultural engineering and rural sociology, having studied dipl. Ing. Agr, Rural Sociology at Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich.

With a wealth of experience in international development, Peter has held key roles in various organizations, notably serving as the Country Director at Helvetas Myanmar.

Prior to his current role, Peter Schmidt was the Co-Head of Advisory Services at HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation and also held leadership positions as the Co-Head of the International Department at Helvetas.
