Peter Potgieter

Peter Potgieter, also known as Actys Wonen, is a prominent figure in the real estate industry and plays a pivotal role in Vesteda, an enterprising investor committed to facilitating affordable housing for middle-income individuals in the Netherlands.

Vesteda manages funds from institutional investors like pension funds and insurers, boasting a rental portfolio of around 27,000 properties primarily situated in key areas such as the Randstad and the Brabant region.

With a team of 200 colleagues, Peter Potgieter helped Vesteda achieve remarkable results in 2017, a feat that they take great pride in.
