Peter Mina

Peter Mina is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in law, government, and compliance. He holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Boston College Law School, a B.A. in Government and English from the University of Virginia, and is an alumnus of Chantilly High School.

Peter has held various key positions in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, including Deputy CRCL Officer for Programs and Compliance, Acting Deputy Associate General Counsel for General Law, Chief of the Labor and Employment Law Division at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and also served as the Deputy Chief and Associate Legal Advisor at ICE.

Prior to his roles at the Department of Homeland Security, Peter gained valuable experience in the legal field, working as a Senior Associate at Tully Rinckey PLLC, Associate at Tully Rinckey PLLC, Associate Attorney at Shaw, Bransford, Veilleux & Roth, P.C., and also held positions at Gary T. Brown & Associates, P.C. and the Massachusetts Bar Association.

Peter's professional journey includes a diverse range of experiences, from managing professional programs at the Massachusetts Bar Association to serving as a Judicial Intern at the Massachusetts Appeals Court. He also has experience in the corporate sector as an Account Executive at Edelman.
