I was privileged to be asked to be the CB Director for IPMA-USA, succeeding Bill Duncan who established the IPMA-USA Certification Body and has managed it since inception. 
IPMA Certification Bodies (CB) are responsible for running certification programmes within IPMA Member Associations (MA). IPMA's Certification and Validation Management Board (CVMB) governs the rules and regulations of IPMA’s certification and validates the individual operations of each of the Certification Bodies globally to maintain its high standards based on the IVRH and ICR4.

I was honoured to be appointed to the Chair of the ESG Exchange Practices Committee, a structure created by the Technical Committee (TC), to manage the operations and performance of the TC’s Practice Groups.

An Independent, Global, Cross-Sectoral Entity Supporting Rigorous ESG Disclosure: The ESG Exchange works with firms, regulators, standard-setters and businesses’ stakeholders around the world to promote sustainability disclosure and performance.

Facilitating Global ESG Best Practice: The ESG Exchange delivers How-To Playbooks on the most significant ESG challenges facing organizations today, such as climate change, human rights, diversity and inclusion, and supply chain management.

Fostering Contemporaneous Tracking of Changes in ESG Standard: The ESG Exchange helps organizations to navigate the complex and evolving landscape of sustainability standards internationally and to align their ESG reporting with the expectations and requirements of their stakeholders.

Providing a Non-Partisan, Cross-Sectoral Forum to Integrate ESG and Financial Reporting: The ESG Exchange provides a platform for collaboration and consensus-building among professionals and stakeholders from various fields and sectors, as well as to hasten the integration of financial and “non-financial” reporting.

International Certification of Sustainability Reporting Professionals: The ESG Exchange offers international recognition and credentialing of professionals who master ESG reporting.

The ESG Exchange is a new and innovative initiative that aims to advance the quality and credibility of ESG reporting and to enhance the integration of financial and “non-financial” reporting.
