Peter Manuselis

Peter Manuselis is a seasoned professional with a strong background in M&A and capital raising, having worked on various transaction types and sizes. His expertise encompasses company and industry research, financial modeling, valuation, negotiation, due diligence, investor relations, and more. Peter has engaged in sell-side, buy-side, defense/activism, and general corporate advisory for private and public firms. Besides his financial career, he spent years as a book writer and screenwriter, sharing his insights through 'The Good Notes' publications on LinkedIn. Originally from Ohio, Peter has lived in various cities like Los Angeles, San Francisco, Madrid, Chania, before settling in New York City. He holds both US and EU passports and is an alumnus of The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, with additional studies in acting from renowned institutions like Art of Acting Studio and Stella Adler School of Acting. Currently, Peter serves as a Strategic and Corporate Advisory Professional at Marlin & Associates, building on past roles as a Start-up Consultant, Writer/Producer, and with experience in M&A at Centerview Partners and as an Analyst at Bear Stearns & Co.
