Peter Lesburg

Peter Lesburg is the Managing Director and Global Head of Capital Markets at Realterm, a position he has held since 2011.12 He is responsible for fundraising, product development, capital strategy, and other capital markets initiatives across the Realterm platform.12

Prior to joining Realterm, Lesburg had a career in investment banking, covering the real estate industry at various firms including:

• Wachovia Securities (Vice President, Real Estate Investment Banking, 2007-2009)
• Stifel Nicolaus (Vice President, Real Estate Investment Banking, 2004-2007)
• Legg Mason (Associate, Real Estate Investment Banking, 2004-2007)
• JP Morgan Securities (Associate, Syndicated & Leveraged Finance Group, 2002-2003)12

Lesburg's educational background includes:

• AB in East Asian Studies from Harvard University
• JD and MBA from Georgetown University12

At Realterm, a transportation-focused independent global investment manager, Lesburg plays a key role in the company's capital markets activities. In May 2023, he was involved in raising $532 million in co-investment capital for a $1.2 billion portfolio recapitalization of industrial outdoor storage assets.3
