Peter Lesburg

He currently serves as the Managing Director of Capital Markets at Realterm, where he plays a crucial role in managing financial operations.

Prior to his role at Realterm, Peter has served as the CFO at BridgeSpan Financial, demonstrating his strong financial acumen and leadership skills.

His previous experiences include positions such as Vice President in Real Estate Investment Banking at Wachovia Securities and Stifel Nicolaus.

Peter has also worked as an Associate in Real Estate Investment Banking at Legg Mason and in Syndicated & Leveraged Finance Group at JP Morgan Securities, further highlighting his extensive experience in the finance sector.
