Peter Lamers
Peter Lamers is an experienced and accomplished mechanical engineer and business management professional with a focus on biotechnology and industrial plant construction. With over 20 years of experience in the field, he has successfully led and managed projects for high-profile companies such as Philips, Shell, and Alcoa. He is an expert in the engineering and construction of biotechnology plants, ABE fermentation, and biofuels, as well as the production of sunflower oil and recycling used kitchen oils and plastics. Peter is the owner of Lamers Equipamentos Industriais e Instalações LTDA and has held various executive positions in the past, including Technical Director at Vital Industries and General Director at PURAC Latin America. He has studied Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Eindhoven and holds an MBA in Business Management from FGV.
